  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item was sent.

Please double-check sizing and specifications before placing your order, as we cannot accommodate changes or returns for items that do not fit as expected.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact shop@customer.io within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
